Joel A. Katz is a licensed realtor (C-18904) in Puerto Rico who provides a diverse range of services in the residential, commercial and development sectors. His 35+ years of experience in building residential and commercial developments, coupled with his sales and marketing skill-set, positions him as a local real estate expert. Joel prides himself on creating value for his clients and building long-term relationships based on loyalty and trust. Joel’s knowledge and expertise of the Island and strong network, permits him to guide his clients through every aspect of the buying and/or selling process.
Director of Operations & Real Estate Broker (C-24919)
Olivia Katz is the Director of Operations of Joel A Katz Real Estate. She graduated from Emory University in 2020 with a major in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Food, Sustainability and Ethics. After working in different areas of the Food industry she pivoted into the Real Estate industry and joined the family business. Olivia’s strong background in managing partner relationships has allowed her to apply her skill-set to real estate and provide value in marketing, logistics, administration, and client relationships.
